Perhaps not the most glamorous of birds, but there is definitely something charming about the ever-present blackbird, and I love hearing its song, even when I’m letting the dog out for a poo at 5am!
That last photo gave me a good laugh, the way he’s almost a perfect circle and just staring at me judgementally, so I felt obliged to paint him!
